Panjimogaru Area gets a New Bus Stand: Thanks to Swacchata Abhiyan by RK Mission

July 9: 5th phase of Cleanliness drive was organised by Ramakrishna Mission’s Swacchata Abhiyan at Panjimogaru on Sunday, July 9.
A new bus shelter, constructed at Panjimogaru Vidyanagara by the volunteers. The bus stand has attractive seats, tiled flooring, iron and sound roofing and hoarding with the message of awareness about cleanliness.

Along with this the volunteers cleaned the Panjimogaru-Vidyanagara area. The staffers and employees of MRPL, also joined hands and cleaned the surroundings of Vidyanagar Bus Stand. eaps of garbage in front of M V Shetty College were also cleared. Drains were cleaned by removing mud and dirt helping in easy flow of water during rainy season.
Huge potholes on the roads were filled. Gandhinagar Bus Stand was also cleaned and the nameplate was washed.
