Railways will operate special trains between Hubballi and Mangalore, and Mangalore and Bangalore to clear the rush during the Deepavali season.
Train No. 07353 Hubballi Junction – Mangalore Junction Festival Special Express will leave Hubballi Junction at 4 p.m. on October 17 and reach Mangalore Junction at 11.15 a.m. the next day.
Train No. 07354 Mangalore Junction – Yeshwantpur Junction Festival Special Express will leave Mangalore Junction at 2.35 p.m. on October 18 and reach Yeshwantpur Junction at 11.15 p.m. the same day.
The trains will have one first class AC coach, one AC two-tier coach, two AC three-tier coaches, 10 sleeper class coaches, four second class coaches, and two second class luggage-cum-brake vans.
Train No. 06229 Yeshwantpur Junction – Mangalore Junction Festival Special Express will leave Yeshwantpur Junction at 00.15 a.m. on October 19 and reach Mangalore Junction at 11.15 a.m. the same day.
Train No. 06230 Mangalore Junction – Bangalore Cantonment Festival Special Express will leave Mangalore Junction at 2.35 p.m. on October 19 and reach Bangalore Cantonment at 00.30 a.m. the next day.
The trains will have one first class AC coach, one AC two-tier coach, two AC three-tier coaches, ten sleeper class coaches, four second class coaches, and two second class luggage-cum-brake vans.
