Scooter with blood stains on rear wheel found at Nagori: Shreemathi Murder case

May 14: Sreemathi Shetty was murdered in a ghastly manner and chopped to pieces on May 11. The murder came to light on Sunday May 12 after body parts were found in gunny bags in two different spots near Kadri Park and near Nandigudde graveyard and her head was found inside a helmet near Kadri park.
The police have formed three teams to investigate the murder case. As a part of the investigation, Kadri and Kankanady police teams went to Nagori where they found her remaining body parts stuffed inside a TVS Jupiter scooter at Nagori on Monday evening. The scooter with number KA 19 EU 5983 belongs to Sreemathi herself. Blood stains were found on the rear wheel of the scooter. A tiffin box, a bank pass book, charger and handkerchief were also found.
Shreemathi Shetty (35) owned an electrical equipment repair shop at Attavara and used to live with her aunt in the past but had got her own house built at Amar Alva Lane four years ago. After divorcing her first husband, she had married a distant relative, Sudeep two years back. After living with Sudeep for some time, she had applied for divorce from him too.
The investigations are still on.
