SDPI State President Ilyas Muhammed thumbe to contest from Dakshina Kannada.

March 18:It is already known that Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI) will be contesting for Loksabha Elections from Dakshina Kannada Constituency. During a convention that was held at Nehru Maidan on Sunday, the Party’s National General Secretary Abdul Majeed Mysuru announced that Ilyas Muhammed thumbe who is the State President of the party will be their candidate from DK Sistrict for the Loksabha Polls.
He mentioned that the party wants to keep communal forces away from the corridors of power, therefore the party would be contesting from five constituencies in the state which are Bangalore, Dakshina Kannada, Mysore-Kodagu and Bidar.
