SP of Mangalore Anti-Corruption Bureau, Uma Prashant transferred
April 11: Superintendent of police (SP) of Mangalore Anti-Corruption Bureau, Uma Prashant, has been transferred and Lakshmi Ganesh has been appointed in her place.
Uma during her tenure as DCP in Mangalore city had cracked down on several drug peddlers and also on drivers using shrill horns. Lakshmi Ganesh was earlier serving as Lokayukta SP in Bangalore.
