Speeding bus kills bike rider on spot.

March 19: Mahesh Lamani (32) a resident of Belvai was travelling to Mangaluru on his bike. The bus ‘Vishal’ was on the way to Mangalore from Karkala while the accident took place.
The bus had hit a pickup near a co-operative bank at Gurpur before knocking down the two-wheeler from behind. Local witness mentioned that the bus was travelling at a high speed killing the rider on spot.
