State level half marathon to be held as a part of Abbakka Utsav

For the first time in Mangalore state level half marathon will be held as a part of abbakka utsav. The even ‘Rani abbakka run for self esteem’ to be organized jointly by DK district administration, Zilla Panchayat, department of kannada & culture & department of youth empowerment & sports on Saturday.

District minister U T Khader will flag off the half marathon from abbakka circle, ullal at 7am.The event will be held in two categories for men & women. Food & accommodation will be provided to participants from far places
