Surathkal Tollgate Issue to be Resolved Within 15 Days: NHAI Officials

National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) Karnataka Regional Officer M.K. Watare on Thursday said that the Surathkal Tollgate issue will be solved in a fortnight. The authority has taken the necessary steps to resolve the issue without mentioning the finer details of the resolution.

Chairing the meeting, Deputy Commissioner K.V. Rajendra said that the administration will initiate criminal action against contractors concerned if accidents happen due to bad condition of NH 66 between NIT-K and Nanthoor in the city.

City Corporation Commissioner Akshy Sridhar, Additional Deputy Commissioner Krishnamurthy and others were present.
