Live stations will be spread across the lawns so that you can relish the dishes right off the tava. Koththu parotta, Kambu dosa, Thinai dosa, Ragi dosa, multigrain dosa, Muttai Dosa, Kalaki, Madurai kozhi, Virudunagar parotta ,Madurai kothu parotta  and many more varieties of traditional breads will be served.

Although simple, Tamilian rice preparations will lure you with its aroma you into taking a second serving. Mangasadam, Thengasadam, Pongal, Curd rice, Kothamalli Sadam, Puliyogare with a side of fresh chutney , pickle or mormelagu will make you an instant fan.

If you love seafood like the Tamilians then you are bound to appreciate the distinctive tastes they incorporate into their dishes. Nethili, Kane, Meen varuval  will be served as part of the buffet. Famous chicken dishes like Kozhi pepper fry, Pallipalayam sukka, Chettinadu chicken, Madurai curry and Mutton curry will send you on a flavour trip. A tall glass of Nannari Sharbath made from ingredients directly sourced from Tamil Nadu will get your palate ready for the flavour fiesta that is to follow.
