The Draft of Voters’ List is Released by Election Commission: Voters Have Time Till December 9 to Make Changes

Dakshina Kannada district Deputy commissioner (DC) Mullai Muhilan said that the Election Commission released revised draft of voters’ list on October 27. Time is given till December 9 to raise any objections or amendments. Two Saturdays and Two Sundays are specified for special registration campaign. It will take place on November 18 and 19 and December 2 and 3.

In the revised draft of voters’ list for 2024, there are 1785835 voters in total. Out of this the women voters are more in number. There are 77 third gender voters. There are 1876 polling booths in the district.
