The New Kadri Market Complex Will be Operational by January-End: Click For Details

Mangalore City Mayor Manoj Kumar said that the new Kadri market complex will be operational by January-end. 16 shops have already been allotted. Its takers are in the process of depositing the prescribed amount to the corporation. In addition, the process of allotting 16 more shops in the building is under progress.

The building has a lower basement, an upper basement, lower ground floor, upper ground floor, and three more floors. The lower basement has 1,090.23 sqm, the upper basement as 924.29 sqm. Both the basements have parking provision for two-wheelers and four wheelers.

Shops will be on the lower and the upper ground floor. The first, second, and third floors will be allotted to offices. The lower ground floor has 957.17 sqm, the upper ground floor 989.54 sqm, the first floor 986.77 sqm, the second floor 986.82 sqm, and the third floor 987.23 sqm.
