These Posters Of International Kite Festival Depict Tulu Script & Tulu Culture: Check Out

January 17: The three day international kite festival will be held at the Panambur Beach on January 17, 18 and 19.
As a part of this kite festival, artist Dinesh Holla has released several posters.
The posters released by him have highlighted the art and culture of Tulunad like, Yakshagana, Daivaradhane, fishing, kambla and other such activities of the region.

One such poster released by Holla has a line written in the Tulu script that reads, ‘Kudla International Kite Festival’. The poster also has the picture of Koti- Chennaya, the legendary Tuluva twin heroes, and Aati Kalenja an ancient traditional folk art.

This attempt by Dinesh Holla will draw the attention of the people towards vanishing art forms of Tulunad culture.
