This is how a Mangalorean Bride and Groom start off with their wedding day

April 29: Shivu Puttur and Suma Kodikal the New Bride and Groom from Mangalore flagged off the 21st week of Shramadan by RK MIssion. They have been participating in RK Mission Swacchata Abhiyan as volunteers for the past four years. It was a very special day for them as well as for others when they flagged off today’s Abhiyan in their wedding attire in the presence of Swami Ekagamyanandaji.

Suma Kodikal said that Swacch Mangalore has been their dream and to realise that dream all have to put in efforts. She even said that it is a proud feeling to to be part of this Abhiyan for the last four years.
Since they have never missed volunteering in this Abhiyan on any of the Sundays, they even wished to participate in the Abhiyan on April 29, before proceeding for the marriage hall.
