This is How Mangalore Dasara Ended Without Procession This Year

October 27: The Mangalore Dasara celebrations ended on Monday, October 26, without the the customary procession due to the covid 19 pandemic. Visarjan pooja was performed at  6.30 after which, the idols of Ganesh, nine forms of Durga & Goddess Sharada will were brought out of the hall from 8.30 pm. The idols were immersed into the temple pond after taking around the temple one by one.
The idol of Goddess Sharada was taken in a procession till the main gate and then taken around the temple. A pooja was performed at 2am after the which the idol was immersed into the temple pond.
