May 30: Team Garodi, a group of over 80 members supplies water free of cost to the affected people in Garodi area. The team had started this service of supplying water two years ago when Mangalore faced an acute water crisis.
The supply of water was undertaken based on the demands of the local residents. The team members had hired two pick-up vehicles with 2,000-litre capacity in order to supply the water.
