Thousands gathered at Polali Temple to witness the grand Brahmakalashabhisheka.

Polali temple having a history of 1700 years, performed the Brahmakalashabhika at in a grand way on wednesday. Various rituals were held at the temple. Arrangements were made at the temple premises to for the devotees to witness the religious ceremonies which was being held after 18 years.

These religious ceremonies were led by Subrahmanya Tantri along with Brahmashree vedamurthy Kodimajalu Ananthapadmanabha Upadhyay. The rituals at the temple began as early as 3.30am where huge number of devotees gathered to witness all the rituals.

As large number o devotees visited the temple on Wednesday, parking area was full at the temple premises. Free bus service was arranged from several places like Kinnigoli, Moodbidri, Bajpe, Kateel, Mangalore for the convenience of the devotees.

Dignitaries like Swamt Viveka Chaitanyananda of RK Mission, MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, MLA U Rajesh Naik, MP Shobha Karandlaje and several others visited the temple to seek the blessing of Goddess Sri Rajarajeshwari.
