Traffic chaos during peak hour in Mangalore: Hall Management held responsible

July 29: Traffic Department in recent days has been  strict with violators of traffic rules and also against people parking vehicles haphazardly in no parking zones.
Adhering to this, traffic police have registered a case against TMA Pai convention centre on MG Raod, Mangalore.  The case was registered in the Mangalore city west traffic police station on Sunday, July 28. Owner and manager of Dr T M A Pai Convention Centre at Kodialbail along with organizers of the function that took place on Sunday, July 28 noon,  have been booked under section 283 of Indian Penal Code relating to blocking of traffic.

A case has been registered for creating bottlenecks in the traffic near to the hall for parking of about 25 vehicles on both the sides of on MG road. Police said that the parked vehicles created a chaos in the traffic as the vehicles parked on either sides of road not only caused inconvenience to the general public but also created hindrance in the movement of vehicles passing that road.
