Two sisters killed in an accident: Know what happened

April 8: Two sisters lost their lives after a car and auto rickshaw collided with each other near Sajipa on Monday April 8. The deceased have been identified as Zainaba(45) and Zohra (55) from Manchi.
The two were on their way to a hospital at Chelur in an auto rickshaw. A car which was coming from the opposite direction collided with the auto rickshaw as it lost control in an attempt to overtake another vehicle. The sisters breathed their last on the way to hospital. Car driver Mohammed Siraj and auto rickshaw driver Ashraq have been admitted to a hospital in Mangalore as they have sustained serious injuries.
Bantwal traffic ASI Manjunath and staff visited the spot. A case has been registered at the Bantwal traffic police.
