Water Supply to be Disrupted in Several Areas of Mangalore City on February 6th: Know More

The Mangalore Municipal Corporation has announced a planned maintenance operation that will temporarily disrupt the Tumbe-Bendoorwell-Panambur water supply system, affecting various parts of the city.

The water supply will be disrupted  from 6 am on February 6th to 6 am on February 7th, during which the Karnataka Urban Infrastructure Development and Finance Corporation (KUIDFC) will be installing a bulk ploughmeter near Bendurvel in Vyasa pipe.

The 1000 mm water supply system is crucial for providing water to the city, and the scheduled maintenance is aimed at improving its efficiency. However, the Corporation foresees inconvenience in water supply during the specified period.

Areas affected are PVS, Ladyhill, Maryhill, Pacchanadi, Ashokanagar, Derebail, Kodialbail, Kadri, Naguri, Suratkal, Katipalla, Kulur, Jalligudde, Kodikal (partially), Kana, Kulai, Mukka, Panambur, and others.
