Wreck of Missing boat ‘Suvarna Tribhuja’ found: Confirms Navy

May 3: Spokespersons of the Indian Navy have confirmed that remnants of the missing fishing boat ‘Suvarna Tribhuja’ been found near Malvan in Maharashtra by the personnel of the Navy’s warship, ‘INS Nireekshak’ and expert divers on Wednesday May 1. The wreckage was found almost 60-70 meter deep in the sea.
The fishing boat with two fishermen from Udupi district and five from Uttara Kannada district had left for undertaking fishing activity from Malpe port on December 15 2018 but the boat had gone missing under mysterious circumstances.
