Restriction To Hold Rituals In Temples Has Been Relaxed: Know More

September 3: The Hindu Religious Institutions and Charitable Endowment Department has relaxed the restrictions to conduct rituals in temples across the State. The temple management can now conduct traditional rituals offered by devotees.
However, temple festivals and other special celebrations will not be allowed. The management can conduct the festivals on a smaller scale with only a minimal temple staff in attendance.
Precautionary measures such as face masks, distancing and availability of hand sanitizers are mandatory.
