This is what Janardhana Poojary’s son said about Congress Candidate Mithun Rai

April 12: Santhosh J Poojary, the son of veteran Congress leader Janardhana Poojary said that the people of Dakshina Kannada should support Congress-JD(S) candidate Mithun Rai for development works and also to generate employment in Dakshina Kannada district.
While talking to the reporters, santhosh said that Congress had not neglected Billavasna and had given opportunity to Devaraya Naik, Vinay Kumar Sorake, R L Jalappa, Janardhana Poojary and S Bangarappa in the past. This year too the Congress-JD(S) had given tickets to B K Hariprasad and Madhu Bangarappa.He stted that DK district needs a young leader who will raise voice on behalf of people here on the floor of the Parliament.
He mentioned that Dakshina Kannadan district has not seen any development for the past 28 years and there is a need to promote tourism, IT and small scale industries to generate employment in the district. He clarified that since Janardhana Poojary was not able to take part in the campaign he was involved in the campaign.
