Water crisis even during monsoon: Who is to be blamed?

July 9: Mangalore City South MLA D Vedavyas Kamath alleged that the Congress which was in power for five years in the City Corporation failed to provide a permanent solution to water woes of the citizens.
MLA Kamath mentioned that the Congress while in power should have solved the problems pertaining to water supply by holding talks with the district in-charge minister and state government.
Since the residents are facing water crisis even during monsoon, the MLA has promised to raise this issue in the monsoon session of the Assembly.
