Mangalorean Police Officer is One Among Six in State Conferred With HM’s Medal For Excellence in Investigation

Six Police officers from Karnataka have been conferred with the Union Home Minister’s Medal For Excellence in Investigation. Mangalorean police officer ACP Parameshwar Hegde is one among the six officers from the state. The medal was constituted in 2018 to promote high professional standards of investigation of crime and also to recognize excellent investigation officers. The award this year has been awarded to 152 police personnel from across the nation.
