Not Wearing Mask in Public is Not Only a Threat For Health, But Also Pockets: Read Why

Udupi district Deputy commissioner (DC) G Jagadeesha has warned the public that if anyone is found not wearing a mask in public places, they will be fined and also criminal cases will be filled against them.
DC Jagadeesha said that cases of second wave of coronavirus are on the rise in the neighbouring states of Kerala and Maharashtra. If extra precautions are not taken, Udupi will also be in the danger zone.
Strict action will be taken on those who do not wear masks at public places. If the owner and staff of shops and malls do not follow Covid rules, then their trade license will be cancelled in addition to slapping a fine, the DC added.
