The South Western Railway (SWR), will operate round trip on October 21 and 22 to facilitate passengers’ return to Bangalore.

Train No. 06267 will depart from Yeshwantpur at 12 p.m. on October 21 to reach Madgaon at 5.30 a.m. the next day. En route, it would halt at Chikka Banavara, Kunigal, Channarayapatna, Hassan, Sakleshpur, Subrahmanya Road, Kabaka Puttur, Bantawala, Surathkal, Mulki, Udupi, Barkur, Kundapur, Byndoor Mookambika Road, Bhatkal, Murdeshwar, Honnavar, Kumta, Gokarna Road, Ankola, and Karwar.

In the return direction, Train No. 06268 will leaves Madgaon at 10.30 a.m. on October 22 and arrive at Bangalore Cantonment at 4.30 a.m. the next day, stopping at the same stations in reverse order, including SMVT Bengaluru before the final stop. The train will consist of two AC two-tier, three AC three-tier, 10 sleeper class, three general second-class coaches and two SLR/D coaches, a release said.

Meanwhile, Train No. 06206 Madgaon–Bangalore Cantonment Express Special, which departs from Madgaon on October 20 at 6.30 am, would be short-terminated at Yeshwantpur instead of the Cantonment due to operational reasons and skip SMVT Bangalore.
