Here are the details of Dasara package tour by the KSRTC Mangalore Division.
The tour will commence every day at 8 a.m. from KSRTC’s Bejai Terminal to Shakti temples in Mangalore, as well as to Madikeri, Kollur, and Sigandur, daily from September 22 to October 2. Seats could be booked online at www.ksrtc.in
The Mangalore Darshana package tour will cover Maroli Suryanarayana Temple, Mangaladevi Temple, Polali Rajarajeshwari Temple, Hosanadu Kodyadka Sri Annapoorneshwari Temple (lunch), Kateel Sri Durga Parameshwari Temple, Bappanadu Sri Durga Parameshwari Temple, Sasihithlu Sri Bhagavathi Temple, Chitrapura Sri Durga Parameshwari Temple, Urva Sri Mariyamma Temple, and Kudroli Gokarnanatha Temple before concluding at Bejai at 8.30 p.m. Fares for adults will be ₹500 and for children (six to 12 years) it will be ₹400.
The Madikeri package tour will depart at 7 a.m. from Bejai Terminal and cover Madikeri Raja Seat, Abbi Falls, Cauvery Nisargadhama, and the Golden Temple, concluding at 9.30 p.m. in Mangaluru. Fares will be ₹500 and ₹400 for adults and children, respectively.
The Kollur tour will also begin at 8 a.m. from Bejai Terminal, covering Uchhila Sri Durga Parameshwari Temple, Kapu Sri Mariyamma Temple, Kamalashile Sri Durga Parameshwari Temple (for lunch), Kollur Sri Mookambika Temple, and Maranakatte Sri Brahmalingeshwara Temple. The fares will be ₹600 for adults and ₹500 for children.
The Sigandur package tour will depart from Bejai terminal at 7 a.m. and cover Sigandur Sri Chowdeshwari temple and Kollur Mookambika temple, concluding in Mangaluru at 7:30 p.m. The fares will be ₹700 and ₹600 respectively for adults and children.
The KSRTC has deployed two 30-seater buses for the tour of Shakti temples in Mangalore. It will use five 50-seater buses for Madikeri, Kollur, and Sigandur package tours. This was the four successive year that the KSRTC Mangalore division has organised Dasara package tours.
