The Railways has announced an extension of the Mangalore Central–Chennai Egmore–Mangalore Central Express Special service by four additional trips.
According to a release issued by the Palakkad Division of Southern Railway, Train No. 06126, the Mangalore Central–Chennai Egmore Express Special, which operates every Monday, was earlier scheduled to run until September 29. The service has now been extended up to October 26.Likewise, Train No. 06125, the Chennai Egmore–Mangalore Central Express Special, which operates every Tuesday and was earlier notified to run until September 29, will now continue its services until October 27.
The extension is expected to benefit passengers travelling between Mangalore and Chennai during the additional service period.
